No, your car remains in its parking spot. You do not need to be present. We simply ask you to pop your gas door & make sure it's accessible to our driver so we can fuel your vehicle. We will close the door once we are done.
Yes, you can cancel at any time before the start of the next billing cycle begins to avoid the next month's charges.
Yes, you can also pause your monthly subscription for $10 per month to maintain you subscription service we also just need to know prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
